Interpretation & Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Refund Policy

If, for any reason, payment to TOPTIER Funeral Funding (payee) is initiated by a customer, beneficiary, etc. through any of our payment acceptance methods, including credit card, check, or ACH, the payer agrees to abide by the Refund Policy. The Refund Policy stipulates that all transactions are final, and refunds will not be issued as a standard practice. Rare exceptions may be considered, but they should not be regarded as the norm.
